大倾角松软厚煤层综放开采放煤工艺研究

Study on Technological Parameters of Top-Coal Caving of Fully Mechanized Mining with Steeply Dipping Loose Coal Seam

摘要:

基于大倾角松软厚煤层综放开采的地质条件,采用相似模型实验分析了放煤方向、顺序与间隔、单轮与双轮三种放煤方式对煤矸流动形态、混矸规律和放煤效果的影响;采用PFC3D模拟了不同放煤步距下的顶煤放出率。得到合理的放煤工艺为上行双轮间隔放煤方式,0.6m放煤步距。现场试验期间综放面的平均回收率为80.3%,最高回收率为84%,综放面实现了安全高效,取得了显著的技术经济效益

Abstract:

Based on geological condition of Top-Coal Caving of Fully Mechanized Mining with Steeply Dipping Loose thick Coal Seam, The impact of three ways top-coal caving of the Coal Caving Direction,order and interval of top-coal caving, single and double round of top-coal caving on the gangue flow pattern, coal gangue law and the Coal Caving Effect by means of the laboratory rock simulation, The PFC numerical simulating studies top-coal caving release rate under different coal caving step distance, Uplink Double Round interval caving, 0.6 meters coal caving step distance of Rational Technological Parameters of Top-Coal Caving is obtained。Average recovery ratio of coal face during the course of project study is 80.3%, Maximum recovery ratio is 84%,The safe and efficiency is realized,Good effects of technology and economy are achieved
